Below are the numbers 1 through 15 on separate lines. To practice flicking left to right, start right after this paragraph. Flick left to right and listen for the numbers to be in the correct order. If they are not, or a number repeats again, then your flicking gesture has to be slightly altered. Try slanting your flick just a little and see if the numbers are read correctly. Also, try using different fingers or your thumb. Try using the top side of your finger as well. Once you get to the number 15, then flick right to left to go backwards through the numbers. Do these five times at least. Here goes:

If you went to this line you went too far. It is okay, just flick right to left to go back up through the numbers until you reach number 1. Then repeat this flicking exercise at least five times.
